The room was inviting and the breakfast was hot, great service. Extra facilities such as a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a refrigerator were really useful.

The rooms are impeccably clean and offer beautiful views of the mountains. the breakfast is enjoyable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. the location is wonderful and convenient, with onsite parking available. Being situated in a great area is another added bonus.

Stayed in a king suite. 2 adults 2 children. The room had a king bed and queen pull out sofa. The sofa was very uncomfortable. You could feel the bed springs right through it when you sat on it. I had to line up 4 pillows on it in order for my 11 year old daughter to sleep on it. Also the room does not have central air so the heat and air come from a wall unit which was very difficult to regulate and noisy. I thought this unusual as the hotel is only 3 years old? I would be hesitant to stay in another Hampton Hotel. Thank God they had a 100 per cent reimbursement satisfactory policy which meant we were not charged for the room.

My son and I really enjoyed being there. They offered me updated and huge rooms with a king-size bed as well as an awesome bathroom. The breakfast was warm and wonderful with yogurt and oatmeal, for example, and had all you need...

It appears I was overcharged..on top of it being high priced for the area..the food made me sick so I would not suggest anyone eat the hot foods they offer..the room was on the small side.

This hotel offers a gorgeous and bright atmosphere with a great location near stores, and the king room has exceptionally comfortable beds, plus breakfast features fresh squeezed juice.

We did not want to leave there and would stay here again, liked the city and hotel. Reasonably priced place, had a very good stay for a wonderful family visit. The breakfast offered was hot and outstanding.

The location next to Mohegan Sun Arena was fantastic. the employees were incredibly accommodating. - the breakfast with eggs, fresh blueberry or malted vanilla waffles plus blueberry was enjoyable.

Stayed in an extremely pleasant king room with a large walk-in shower. the staff was five star and efficient. - They kept everything tidy and nice.

The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a good area, just off surrounded by lots of restaurants and major restaurants and shopping centers, and a mall with dinner options nearby. Our queen room was updated with a pleasant view of the mountains. - the staff were affable and pleasant.

The hotel is well-maintained and located in a relaxing area. It's a short walk to the Mohegan Sun casino, arena, and several restaurants. the rooms are extremely pleasant, comfortable, and quiet, featuring large walk-in showers with grab bars.
